Redwood River

Remaining at the base of Earth's tallest tree, the drift redwood, is one of life's most lowering and stunning encounters. You are viewing the Smith River as it moves through widely acclaimed Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Look out for waterway otters and bald eagles. You may see fishers and kayakers, as well. In spite of the fact that individuals once in a while observe them among the redwoods, you may hear marbled murrelets (an imperiled seabird that homes just in antiquated branches) in the early morning.
